Short Bio
I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending CBT, Positive Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and EMDR to support meaningful and lasting change. Based in Tennessee, I offer both Telehealth and in-person sessions in a uniquely cozy setting designed to help clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.
In addition to therapy services, I also provide space for individuals to explore and practice coping skills outside of sessions—whether I’m their therapist or one of my fabulous colleagues is. I genuinely enjoy staying actively engaged in the mental health community, and I believe that ongoing involvement helps me provide care that is current, compassionate, and effective.
On a personal note, I’ve called Murfreesboro home since moving here to attend Middle Tennessee State University. My husband and I live a fairly quiet life alongside our multiple cat companions. I deeply value equity, diversity, and the richness of human experience. One of the greatest joys of my life has been meeting people from all walks of life and being enriched by each person’s unique story.
Everyone is welcome here—everyone.
